As the demand for renewable means of energy production becomes greater, Jubatus’ partners are engineering new technologies to facilitate advancements in clients’ technology.
One such innovation is the “TOPSOLAR” range of flexible low voltage cables designed for the connection of photovoltaic panels (either mobile or fixed) to other panels or an AC inverter. Highly resistant to ultraviolet radiation (HD 605/A1 weather-UV test), “TOPSOLAR” cables can resist temperatures ranging from -40°C up to 120° C and are designed, manufactured and tested according to the latest revisions of TÜV 2 PfG 1169/08.2007 and UTE C-32 502 standards.
When assessed according to EN 60216 thermal endurance tests (standard EN 60216), results showed that “TOPSOLAR” cables, when installed, operated and maintained correctly, had an estimated lifespan of 30 years at a constant temperature of 90 °C.
