In the past year, Jubatus conducted a thorough review and update of all business systems and procedures, culminating in a re-certification audit by DQS Certification AUSNZ P/L.
The audit comprehensively reviewed Jubatus’ procedures for order tracking, supplier quality management, customs clearance, customer satisfaction and technical compliance, amongst other key assessment criteria.
Following assessment, Jubatus was recertified by DQS Germany to the standard of ISO 9001: 2015.
Annual compliance audits will be undertaken by DQS in 2021 and 2022, with a full re-certification audit due in 2023.
