The East Lindfield to Artarmon Cable Project is part of Energy Australia’s $300 million program of works on the North Shore between 2005 and 2010 to meet the increasing demand for power in greater Sydney.

Work on this $300 million project to upgrade key electricity transmission cables commenced at the end of 2007. The Taihan-Jubatus Consortium with construction contractor Garde replaced existing underground cables connecting Energy Australia’s substations at East Lindfield and Artarmon.
